"Return to Play" is a process that aims to ensure that an athlete is fully recovered from an injury before returning to sports. This process involves several stages that can vary according to the severity of the injury and the individual needs of each athlete. Before starting the Return to Play process, it is crucial that the athlete is cleared by the medical and physiotherapy professionals responsible for treating the injury. The return-to-sport process should be safe, allowing the athlete to gradually adapt to the intensity and duration of activities. To achieve this, the athlete must undergo physical fitness tests that assess their current physical condition and their ability to perform the activities required by the sport.

F.I.T. PREP was created and developed based on science, methodology, and technology to revolutionize the way of preparing for sports. It is a Specific Sports Preparation geared toward developing the sensory-motor aspect, which is the central pillar for improving all physical abilities pertinent to the sport.

Through an innovative vision of the motor skills aspect, we integrate the most advanced techniques used worldwide for different audiences in different formats.
It is based on the correct movement execution, body awareness, and optimized corrective and preventive exercises. We relate the sport performance parameters according to the stage of development, the physiological demands of the sport played, and the time of year (season, pre-season, and post-season). This allows practitioners to learn faster, with expressive results, while avoiding injuries and increasing performance.
Body Awareness
- Developed from the attention and perception focused on the successful movement execution, with a significant gain in body balance;
- Through specific exercises, we seek the correct execution and efficient sportive gestures, aiming at the gradual achievement of perfect body control related to the actions performed during training sessions and games.
Balance and Movement Quality
- This increases the chances of achieving a good result with the least amount of body wear and the lowest possible risk of injury. If we apply a workload to a deficient movement pattern, this load is fixed in a compensatory manner and thus increases the risk of injury.
