PROGRAMS FOR THE BALANCED DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL AND MUSCULAR PERFORMANCE

The Programs below were designed to be adapted to the specificity of the sport and are essential to prepare athletes for longevity in their sports seasons. These programs aim to respect the developmental phase according to the age, gender, physical potential, and conditioning level of the athlete, providing appropriate and individualized training according to the current moment. It is important to note that we cannot manage a training load without first preparing the body to receive it. Therefore, these programs are extremely important because they ensure that the athlete is fit for training and competition, avoiding injuries and improving performance.

RETURN TO PLAY

Safe and Specific Physical Readaptation

The Return to Play program aims to reintroduce athletes who have interrupted their sports practice due to injuries during training and competitions. After medical and physiotherapeutic clearance, we can begin the readaptation process. This program is carefully planned to restore balance and strength gain using the Kineo System technology. It introduces exercises with progressive intensity based on the specific sport to be practiced and promotes the athlete’s confidence in executing movements without compensation. By following a specific protocol, we ensure a return with appropriate physical conditioning and thus prevent the risk of a new injury.

SOCCERFIT 90

Physical Asses and Potential Develop

We consider biological individuality to be the first principle of sports training. We created SoccerFit 90 – Physical Performance Program with the aim of personalizing specific physical training sessions held once a week in groups and outdoors. Our focus is on developing the athletes’ best potential and supporting their technical and tactical training. By integrating the F.I.T. Prep Method and M.A.P. Tracking, we enhance performance development, assess the athlete’s profile, monitor performance evolution and make adjustments to the training program. Our aim is to ensure safety, provide rapid responses and reduce the risk of injury – Train like a professional.

Physical Training Interseason

This exclusive and innovative program, which promotes a Physical Performance Experience, was developed for athletes looking to improve their physical and technical capacities in terms of strength, power, speed, agility, coordination and endurance. It takes place at special times of the year for soccer, featuring innovations in sports science and technology that identify athletic potential through biological individuality and with exercises aimed at the best potentials promote rapid responses in specific physical performance, improving the quality of sports movement, learning and thus taking the athlete to the next level.
