COMPREHENSIVE FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY ANALYSIS
The Physiological Scan is an integrated assessment that accurately and objectively analyzes how the body responds to physical, neurological, and autonomic demands. Through advanced metrics, the Scan reveals your true functional state — physiological balance, adaptability, systemic stress level, recovery status, training readiness, and the efficiency of the key systems that support performance. By combining science, technology, and applied interpretation, the Physiological Analysis provides a complete overview of your current condition, allowing you to identify patterns, detect risk areas, optimize training loads, and accelerate your evolution safely and effectively. More than measuring, this analysis decodes your physiology to transform data into intelligent, personalized decisions aligned with your goals, your current state, and your biological individuality.

SPORTS HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE CUSTOMIZATION
OBJECTIVES
Prevent and seek to use sports and/or continued sports activity as a tool for quality of life, performance improvement, and longevity.
An analysis of the Sympathetic-Vagal Modulation is performed, representing the study of the Autonomous Nervous System by Heart Rate Variability, observing the clinical conditions (level of physical and mental stress and asymptomatic cardiac arrhythmias), the energy capacity, and the state of physiological balance of the individual.
The result of this evaluation allows us to guide the adequacy in the planning of workouts and program strategies for injury prevention and longevity, and to understand the demand for physical exhaustion, to optimize training and recovery. If necessary, the request for some physical tests and guidelines regarding energy replacement and hydration will be adjusted according to the sports practice practiced or to be practiced by the evaluated individual.
HYDRATION STATUS
One of the essential focuses is to monitor hydration status before, during, and after exercise. Dehydration is influenced by exercise intensity, environmental conditions (temperature and humidity), and fluid availability during exercise. Dehydration results from the loss of water and electrolytes, which occurs through heavy sweating and insufficient intake and/or malabsorption of fluids, and can result in health complications and altered physical performance.
An appropriate hydration strategy involves:
- Starting exercise well hydrated;
- Minimizing fluid losses during exercise;
- Replacing fluid losses after exercise.
We perform hydration status analysis using appropriate technology for necessary adjustments related to muscular, cardiovascular, and thermoregulatory system performance.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Any person, at any age, sedentary and with any level of physical conditioning.
- Sedentary individuals who want to start practicing sports to improve their physical condition and quality of life;
- Sportspeople who wish to improve their physical condition and are looking for new challenges;
- Amateur and professional athletes who seek high physical performance in certain phases of training (high volume or intensity) report significant physical fatigue, low performance, infections, cramps, and/or who frequently get injured.
