Through sports monitoring, we perform procedures to understand the physiological responses and physical stress generated by the training load, which are associated with the state of hydration, sleep quality, and recovery techniques to accelerate the physiological and regenerative muscle process. This control becomes fundamental for fatigue management and injury prevention, which result from accumulated physical wear and tear or overuse.
