From the Physical Potential Scan (Dermatoglyphics Digital Test) and the Neuromuscular Capacity Assessment (M.A.P. Testing), we identify possible imbalances and strengths and weaknesses in your physical condition to design a specific and customized program designed to ensure your maximum integrity and performance. This way, we assertively work your biological individuality according to the biomotor potentialities found in the test.

F.I.T. PREP is formatted into eight preparatory sessions, with specific exercises, and evolutionarily to create an initial athletic base in the specific training phase. According to our experience and the programs that many sports teams and professional athletes apply, we improve mobility, coordination, agility, explosiveness, strength, speed, and general specific conditioning. We allow all participants to express their physical potential, regardless of skill level. With each exercise, we evolve their strengths and protect their weaknesses, thus understanding the context of your sports more profoundly.
